kitchen lead

We’re looking for a Kitchen Lead to kickstart and grow our food program!
Pond Farm Brewing Co. is a 2.5-year-old brewery in San Rafael focused on producing and serving a wide range of high quality beers in our casual taproom. Up until now we've relied on rotating pop-ups to provide food to our customers, but we’re excited to create our own food program and apply the same creativity, care, and execution excellence to our food as we do our beer. This is where you come in! This is an exciting opportunity to help get us off the ground and shape the direction our kitchen takes. A successful Kitchen Lead will be able to grow within the company as the food program grows.

Our vision is a simple, yet well-executed menu which highlights local ingredients and offers some seasonal rotation. The kitchen is equipped with a high-end convection oven, a hot plate, and food warmers but no hood so our Kitchen Lead will rely on creativity and prep work to execute the menu.
